Examen Nacionalidad CO Privacy Policy

This policy describes information handling in the current version of Examen Nacionalidad CO, an independent educational tool for Colombian nationality exam practice. It does not represent Colombia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, government or an examination authority.

1. Information used by the app

No account, name, email address, identity document or nationality application information is required. Questions and explanations are bundled with the app and work offline. During a test, your answers are used to calculate the score and display a review.

2. History and purpose

The app keeps the latest 200 results in private device storage: correct answer count, total questions and practice module, where applicable. These records display past results, statistics, averages and best scores. Persistent history does not include individual answers or personal documents.

3. Collection, services and sharing

The current version does not transmit practice history or answers to GeojorgCO servers or third parties. It includes no advertising, analytics SDKs, ad tracking or remote crash reporting services. We do not sell or share practice history. The app does not request access to location, contacts, camera, microphone or personal files and does not declare internet permission.

4. Retention and backups

Results remain locally until replaced when the 200-result limit is exceeded, you clear app data or uninstall the app. Android backup and device transfer are enabled for this app. Depending on your settings and system provider, backups may include practice history and restore it after reinstallation. GeojorgCO does not manage or receive these backups. Review your device backup settings and Google's Privacy Policy when using its services.

5. Deletion and control

To delete local history, open Android Settings, find Examen Nacionalidad CO under Apps, select Storage and choose Clear data or Clear storage; names vary by device. You can also uninstall the app. These actions do not guarantee deletion of backups managed by Android or its provider; manage them separately through their settings. There is no GeojorgCO account to request deletion of.

6. Privacy questions and requests

Contact jorge.guerrero.montes@gmail.com with questions or requests to access, correct or delete information you supplied by email, as applicable. If you contact us, we use your email address and message to handle the request and comply with applicable obligations for as long as needed for those purposes. Do not send identity documents or nationality application information. We cannot remotely access or erase history stored only on your device.

7. Security and children

Practice data stays in the app's private storage, subject to operating system protections and backups. Protect your device with a screen lock and keep its software updated. No system guarantees absolute security. The app is intended for people preparing for the nationality exam, is not specifically directed to children and does not request children's personal information.

8. This website

This policy is served through Firebase Hosting. The font is hosted on this site. When you open the page, Firebase Hosting may process your IP address and technical data needed to deliver content under Google's Privacy Policy. This page includes no analytics or advertising tools. Visiting it is separate from the app's local practice history.

9. Changes

We will publish policy changes here with an updated date. If new features introduce additional data processing, we will update this information and obtain any required permissions or consent before that processing takes place.
