FitLog Terms of Use
Effective: version 1.3, then named Habito · Last updated: October 28, 2026
1. The service
FitLog is a strength-training log. Manual entry, history, progress, routines and the rest timer are free and work on your phone. Voice notes are interpreted with AI (Google Gemini) through the FitLog server and require a subscription.
2. Voice notes subscription
- Free trial: if Google Play offers you a trial and you meet its conditions, its duration and terms are shown before you confirm.
- Price: Google Play shows the applicable price and conditions before you confirm.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews every month until you cancel.
- Cancellation: in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or in FitLog → Settings → Subscription → Manage. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Payments and refunds: handled by Google Play under its Terms of Service and refund policy. FitLog never receives your payment details.
- Included use: up to 60 voice notes per day per subscription, shared by up to 3 phones on the same Google account.
- Price changes: announced in advance through Google Play, which asks for your consent when required.
3. AI interpretations
What the AI understands from a note is a draft you review and correct before saving. Loads are calculated on your phone from what you confirm. Mistakes can happen; check the data before saving.
4. Health
FitLog is not a medical or personal training service. Consult a professional before starting or changing an exercise program.
5. Availability
Voice notes depend on servers and third-party providers (Google) and may be temporarily unavailable. To control costs they may pause for the rest of the day if total usage exceeds a limit; manual entry remains available.
6. Acceptable use
Do not access the FitLog server outside the app, bypass its limits or use the service for anything other than logging your workouts.
7. Privacy
Data handling is described in the FitLog Privacy Policy.
8. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; significant changes will be announced in the app or on Google Play. They are governed by the laws of Colombia, without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
