1. App and contact
Deuda Tracker (MortgagePulse project) is built from the MortgagePulse project for Android, iOS, macOS and Windows, with availability varying by distribution. It is operated by Jorge Andres Guerrero Montes (GeojorgCO), Medellín, Colombia. Contact: jorge.guerrero.montes@gmail.com.
2. Information you enter
The app stores a profile name and any optional email or profile image, along with the credit products, card transactions, installments, payments, extra payments and notes you enter. These records are used for history and financial projections.
3. Local storage and backups
The reviewed version keeps financial records in a local database and does not implement credit sync to a GeojorgCO server. Your operating system may back up app data according to its settings; Android allows app backups. Local records remain until you delete them or uninstall the app, subject to system backups. Deleting a credit also removes its linked payments and transactions from the local database.
4. Technical data and providers
On Android, Firebase Analytics receives usage events such as screen views, credit creation and simulation use. These events include product or simulation categories, not amounts, balances or financial notes. Mobile builds integrate Firebase analytics and crash diagnostics, whose providers may process technical identifiers, device data, events and crash data under their policies. The desktop build does not send the app-defined usage events. We do not sell financial records or use them for advertising.
5. Choices and updates
You can edit or delete records in the app and uninstall it to remove local data from the device. For questions or requests concerning technical data associated with you, contact us by email. Provider retention and operating-system backups are outside the app's direct control. The app is not specifically directed to children. Changes to features or providers will be reflected here with a new date. See the Terms of Use.
