1. App and provider

Deuda Tracker (MortgagePulse project) is provided by Jorge Andres Guerrero Montes (GeojorgCO), Medellín, Colombia. Contact: jorge.guerrero.montes@gmail.com. It helps record credits, cards, installments, payments and extra payments and explore amortization scenarios. Features may vary by distribution. The reviewed version requires no online account and offers no cross-device credit sync.

2. Financial estimates

Results depend on the data you enter and the app's calculation rules. They are organizational estimates, not official statements, credit offers or financial advice. Lenders may apply different rates, taxes, insurance, rounding or dates. Check balances, due dates and terms with your lender before making a payment or decision.

3. Your data

You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries and any backups you need. Available features let you edit or delete credits and payments. Technical data and operating-system backups are described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Purchases and availability

The reviewed code does not implement an in-app subscription or charge. If a future distribution adds purchases, its terms and price must be shown before confirmation and these terms will be updated. Availability may change due to maintenance, updates or platform requirements.

5. Use and changes

Use the app lawfully and respect its components and services. Updates to these terms will be posted here with a new date. Colombian law applies without limiting consumer rights under your jurisdiction's applicable law.
