What it feels like in the app
“Bench press, four sets of eight with twenty per side.”
Speak the way you do at the gym. You count the set; FitLog prepares the entry.
Dictate one exercise or the whole session. You can talk about plates per side, dumbbells per hand or the weight on a machine.
The AI organizes an editable draft. Check the exercise, sets, reps and load; anything unclear is flagged for you to review.
The load is calculated on your device and shows how it was obtained: the bar plus plates on both sides. Adjust the entry and add it to your history.

At your pace
Check max load and volume per exercise. Compare with your previous session and look at four weeks, three months or your whole history; you can also read the data in a table.
Save a session as a routine and use it to start the next one. Repeat what works for you and adapt that day’s workout.
Edit exercises and sets, log a session from another date or undo a deletion. Your log can reflect what you actually trained.
Add 30 seconds or a minute to your rest. The alert helps you get back to the next set even with the screen locked.
Log manually and check history, progress and routines offline. A connection is needed to interpret your voice.
Choose your units and set the bar weight. Changing your preferences does not alter the loads of earlier workouts.
Your information
You can start without creating an account. Sessions are stored locally. If you use your voice, the audio is sent to the AI interpretation service to prepare the draft; that step needs a connection. You can delete your workout data from settings.
Before you start
No. You can type your sets manually and use your voice when it is more convenient. You can always review and correct the draft before saving it.
Voice notes require a subscription. Check the current price and terms in your device’s store.
