Sakura Cards Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

1. Data and purposes

Sakura Cards uses the name, intention and preferences you provide to personalize readings. Astrology and personal reading requests may include birth details or questions you enter. Usage, device identifiers, crash and performance data support analytics, app stability, security and abuse prevention. Advertising providers may process identifiers and consent choices; the stores process payments. For Sakura Oracle, the question you write and your birth chart details are sent to the app's server to generate the answer with Google Gemini. To apply the question allowance, the server keeps daily and monthly usage counters tied to an anonymous app identifier or, if you subscribe, to a hashed value of the purchase receipt. For the free question with a rewarded ad, Google AdMob confirms to the server that the ad was watched. To check that a subscription is active, the server asks Google Play or the App Store with the purchase receipt and temporarily stores its expiry date; we do not receive your store name or payment details. If you enable notifications, the app may use a delivery identifier.

2. Storage and providers

Some preferences and readings are stored on your device. Profile data may also be synchronized with Firebase Firestore. AI requests go through the app's server to Google Gemini. Firebase supports analytics, messaging, diagnostics and security. Google AdMob and AppLovin support advertising, depending on platform and available consent. See the providers' policies: Google and AppLovin.

3. Retention and choices

On-device data remains until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. Data handled by external providers follows their settings and policies; there is no single retention period for every provider. You can manage advertising consent and notifications through the app or system settings, as available. Email jorge.guerrero.montes@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of data associated with you.

4. Children and updates

The app is not designed for children without appropriate supervision. We may update this policy as features or services change and will post the new date here. See the Terms of Use.
