Sakura Cards Terms of Use

1. The service

Sakura Cards offers card readings, astrology content and personal reflection features. Some readings are generated with AI through the app's servers and Google Gemini. These features need an internet connection. Feature availability may vary by version and platform.

2. Readings and generated content

Readings are interpretive content for entertainment and reflection. AI can produce inaccurate or unsuitable responses. Readings are not guaranteed predictions or a substitute for professional health, legal or financial advice. Check information before making important decisions.

3. Ads and the remove-ads purchase

• The free version may show ads. Some personal readings may require a rewarded ad before generation; the app shows this requirement before opening the ad.
• Remove Ads is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and does not include Sakura Oracle. The applicable price and currency appear in Google Play or the App Store before confirmation.
• The purchase removes ads from the app and, while recognized, allows personal readings without a rewarded-ad requirement. AI features still need an internet connection.
• The relevant store handles payment and provides restoration and refund processes. You can restore the purchase in the app using the store account that bought it. GeojorgCO does not receive your card details.

4. Sakura Oracle and the monthly subscription

• Sakura Oracle answers questions based on your birth chart and the cards. Without a subscription it may offer a limited number of free questions, in some cases in exchange for watching a rewarded ad.
• The Sakura Oracle monthly subscription includes a daily and monthly question allowance, follow-up questions and an ad-free app. The app shows the current allowance; it may be adjusted to keep the service running, and we will announce it in the app.
• The price and currency appear in Google Play or the App Store before confirmation. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase.
• Automatic renewal: the subscription renews every month at the current price until you cancel it. On the App Store it renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within those 24 hours. On Google Play you can cancel it at any time before the renewal date.
• How to cancel: on iPhone, in Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Android, in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. You can also get there from Sakura Premium › Manage. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies. You can restore the subscription from Sakura Premium with the store account that bought it.

5. Acceptable use and availability

Do not bypass usage limits, required ads or security measures, or access AI services outside the app. Online features depend on third-party providers and may be temporarily unavailable. If a feature is unavailable, you can try again later.

6. Privacy

Data handling is described in the Sakura Cards Privacy Policy. When you request a personal reading, the app may send the name and intention you provided, along with card details and language, to the AI service. When you use Sakura Oracle, your question is sent along with your birth chart details.

7. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated. We will post the new date here and announce significant changes in the app or stores when appropriate. They are governed by the laws of Colombia, without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
